「The room was spacious enough. The beds were comfortable. The room was relatively clean, bathroom and refrigerator area could have used some extra attention. A wastebasket in the bathroom would have been nice. The one small trash can in the main area was not big enough. We were pleased with the location and the nearby shopping and restaurants. The parking curb took us by surprise. Watch your step. Breakfast was pleasant, fresh fruit would be a nice addition.」

「This place is a JOKE!!! Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". I again presented my booking #, as well as the digital receipt, and showed him the charge debiting my bank account. He spouted the same ridiculousness again, and... I gave up. I was not about to pay a 2nd time. When Expedia tried to investigate this incident, the hotel staff...

「Inside the room was brand new everything. So even though it's an older motel, once you're in the room, the decor was actually quite lovely - the little touches like the dresser and toilet paper holder, the quality of the shower curtain - all really good quality. Loved the kitchenette. Parking spots were a little tight length-wise for our truck. There was a step to get into our room.」

「The property was old and definitely in need of repair. Towels provided were gray and rough on the skin. Bed was comfortable and television worked well. The price was right for shag one receives.」

「We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.」
