Very old and outdated. The room smelled real bad. The carpet is extremely old dirty and torn up. 1 of the lights barely worked. My room wasn’t ready at 4pm so l had to wait on a room to be cleaned. The toilet seat was wooden and it was decaying. Checkout time was at 12pm but housekeeping was banging at the door and woke me up at 11am.

Did not have the sofa bed I called specially to make sure it had as advertised. The steps going to the 2nd floor smelled so bad. The blankets were more like sheets.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Several rooms had permanent dwellers and made the space feel less like a vacation place. The check-in, pool, and breakfast were across the parking lot at another hotel, and breakfast was extra. The room was fairly clean, but the stairs to the room, pool area, and corridors were stained and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The room was big and there were 2 TVs in the one we stayed at, but not enough garbarge bags and no utensils for a place that included a kitchen. We would not recommend and we will not stay here again.

Was inexpensive, but the building condition was dirty/worn, dirty stairways, room was basic but clean though it definitely smelled of smoking. Parking lot was rough with some trash/debris laying around. Room was quiet, AC worked fine, bathroom was older, clean, everything worked, TV was ok, internet worked fine. Mostly that everything looked worn and low maintenance. No problems though, but knowing it now I'd choose a different place, like the Best Western across the parking lot where I had to check in since the Superior Place had no lobby or office.

The bedsheets and pillowcases are so bad. I went to Walmart to buy a set to put on the bed since there are no other places to stay and normally I would wash them first but no laundry. I wish the booking site would take them off their site and refund our money.

Worst place we've ever stayed. Check in handled at the hotel next door. The person at the desk couldn't figure out our reservation. When he finally found it he took my credit card for incidentals then told me I needed to still pay for the room. I told it it has been paid for months ago. I told him I didn't feel comfortable with him having my card at that time because he was insisting it wasn't paid for. He said I could check in and he'd check with his manager on it he then handed me a paper with my reservation info on it and it clearly said PREPAID He saw it and said oh your ok. I see it. He hands me the key and I walk out not feeling great about it. I handed it to my husband so he could find the room before we park and carry it things up. The key did not work on the door so this time he went it to speak to the person at the desk. After a number of minutes he returns and we head back. The property was in complete disarray. Everything was filthy and in bed of repairs . It honestly looked abandoned.. we found it room and upon walking in we were smacked in the face with a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in our non smoking room. The room itself was ok but Very outdated. About 10min after arriving in our room a woman and a few kids came to our door. Turned out the guy at the front desk gave them the room #he signed to us AND a key to get it THANK GOD we were there. She could have come right in! The pool advertised as with this motel is actually at the hotel next door.comeinThp W

We had to check in at Best Western, but didn't know ahead of time. Beds lumpy, peeling wallpaper, fridge had not been defrosted in weeks (months?), thermostat didn't work properly. Would NOT recommend!!!

We have stayed at this property numerous times. It has now turned into what looks like a run down low income housing space. Our "mini apt" smelled of dirty, wet dog. It also had a filthy bathroom with paint splotches all over the floor and painter's tape still left on the wall. No shower for drain was clogged and filled up with water immediately. Also, massive hole in ceiling where fan should have been. There were no garbage cans except for tiny one in bathroom. Bathroom had not been cleaned as there was broken soap bars and residue on the counter. We mentioned these concerns to the man who checked us in and he basically shrugged his shoulders as he lives on the property also. I am appalled that I have to pay for such a hideous hotel experience. I will NEVER stay at this "hotel" again!!

We had breakfast at the Best Western which was the lodging adjacent to our motel. The breakfast was terrific and the people at the desk were very helpful suggesting places for us to visit.
