For a hotel at this price point, it is disappointing that breakfast is not included — you would expect that to come standard at these rates. The lobby staff, while the property is beautiful, came across as quite dry and unhelpful. When I needed assistance with a passport situation and didn't have it physically on me, instead of finding a smooth solution I was asked to send the document via WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a 5-star property. One more tip for travelers — at night, be cautious with your surroundings regardless of the hotel's upscale setting, as the area warrants some awareness. Overall a beautiful stay with a fantastic bed, but service and pricing transparency could be improved. "
