First impression, reception area seem to be outdated. It has bad smell like a dirty clothing. Room out dated with bathroom smelling like sewage. Asked for room chane and lady was stressed out and toll it will do the change 2-3 days. I was lucky next day I had a change of room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast with few options and same menu everyday(4 of 10). The haals floor dirty.

Check in staff should be friendlier. Hotel has great amenities, I cannot comment on this. Our biggest issues the consistent concern with the funky smell from the washroom. We had to close the door at night and plug any orifice that had a drain. Not sure why this is like this. Might be some serious plumbing issue.
