「貝林左納市區能選擇的旅館很有限,我們預訂一間套房,住起來並不舒適,這間套房的房間格局在閣樓,房間高度很矮,ㄧ不留意頭會撞到屋頂木頭,套房的格局很不適當。 早餐還不錯,服務人員親切熱誠,到舊城市區開車約10-15分鐘。」

「The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive. The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. 」

「Everything about this place is amazing! The huge room with beautiful views over the lake, the spotless bathroom with luxurious toiletries and plenty of towels and the wonderfully comfortable bed. Also, your breakfast was served every morning on your terrace which was the best way to start the day. Add to that the staff were all so polite but also kind, friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for you. We also used the private spa which was a treat and so relaxing. I cannot recommend this...

「I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent I will definitely be coming back 」

「The rooms are very dated. Bathroom very tiny and uncomfortable. No room service 24h also NO AC there was a thermostat but definitely not working we had a suite and one room and it didn’t work anywhere. But staff very friendly and helpful.」
