"Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff but not good service in the restaurant. We were left for 20 minutes with nothing to drink and no sign of a wine menu. An American family next to us had the same experience. It seemed the Spanish guests were getting preferential treatment. Tea and coffee in the rooms would be nice as well, something other Parador hotels offer."

The building and furniture inside are old and out of date, the rooms have no charm, the service is not good. Some examples are: they only gave us shampoo and soap the first day, the consecutive days we asked for a refill and they said that it was complimentary only on arrival, they didn’t empty the bin in the bathroom (it was full) and had to take it down myself, they don’t provide baby...
