「We were automatically booked into Mercure Impérial but were very disappointed with the rooms. They were smaller and cramped. Night reception staff wasn’t helpful when we enquired. 」

She is very kindly to everyone stay here. especially give the help for my friend (she is first time go abroad). and I've got a quiet place to pray in my pilgrimage step. It is a nice and beautiful experience at Lourdes. I hope to come back here again in the future. and hope my Lord bless them with each things at Lourdes.」

「雖然離主要景點都很近，但是以飯店的價格（套房35平方公尺，近300歐元），還是會覺得沒有這麼有價值。房間乾淨。早餐的環境不是很理想，選項也不多，飯店的員工雖然人很親切，但是感覺沒有經過太多訓練，每個人都不太知道在幹嘛。」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...
