「Everything is very average about this place」

「The hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend!!」

「Hotel 99 Cannelle is a gem. From the lobby, to the rooms and to the breakfast room, the interior is a work of art. Breakfast is fantastic and filling, the staff is welcoming and super-super nice. A special thank you to Serena for making our stay at Hotel 99 one that we will fondly remember.」

「Everything was wonderful. I loved the location and the property. Francesco was great!」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. 「Camera estremamente grande e spaziosa. Pulizia impeccabile. Rifiniture deliziose. Personale molto accorto. 」

「Based on previous reviews, we must have been unlucky. We booked the hotel for a day trip to Gran Sasso, and we wanted a hotel with a swimming pool, a nice outdoor area, and a restaurant. We were therefore very disappointed to find the outdoor areas messy following a party or wedding. 「It's cheap but other hotels with the same or lower price are much better. A lot of electric appliances in the room are not working and the staff is non-existent. Good and quiet location though. The juice from the "breakfast" was the previous person's and it was open and half of it consumed.」

「Great oasis near L'Aquila center. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff.」

「Cuarto limpio Cama agradable, desayuno casero, dueños optima persona」

「Very small shower with a support beam at shoulder height. Breakfast was a croissant down the street.」

「Such a special location and hotel! Wonderful experience, day trips to other towns were convenient and easy. The daily breakfast was amazing!」
