Overall a reasonable hotel. Dinner and breakfast were totally acceptable, particularly the dinner (both quality and price). I slept well, although the other two persons with me said the beds were hard.

Hotel in ottima posizione per poter godere del panorama montano e per poter fare passeggiate in famiglia sulla neve. La stanza è stata abbastanza confortevole per una famiglia di quattro persone, pulita e dotata dei confort essenziali, andrebbe però fatta qualche piccola manutenzione al bagno privato. Avendo fruito del servizio di pensione completa, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dei menù proposti che hanno accontentato anche i bambini. Inoltre, la cortesia del personale, è stata un ulteriore aspetto che abbiamo potuto apprezzare.

Personale gentile e accogliente, disponibile a ogni richiesta. Disponibili anche nei pasti senza glutine. Purtroppo le piste da sci le abbiamo trovate chiuse, come la seggiovia, ma questa non è una colpa dell' hotel.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. La posizione dell'hotel è favolosa per escursioni meravigliose in boschi da favola, dove abbiamo ammirato un foliage autunnale magico e inaspettato. Dal mio letto, comodissimo, potevo ammirare al risveglio l'aurora incantevole sui monti, prima di scendere per la colazione dolce e salata, varia e abbondante. Di ritorno dalle passeggiate ci si può intrattenere nella sala con ping pong e calciobalilla. Di certo il tempo ha lasciato i segni su questa grande struttura che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione, ma è già tanto apprezzabile che sia aperta e pronta ad ospitare i turisti in una zona purtroppo poco frequentata, per non dire abbandonata. Un grazie di tutto cuore ai giovani che con passione si prendono cura di questi territori e di chi vuole esplorarli. Posto ideale per chi ama la natura e non ha grosse pretese di stile per la location!

Pulito, il personale si da da fare, ma l albergo è rimasto agli anni 60! La posizione è ottima perché a piedi si raggiunge la funivia e sentieri meravigliosi. Colazione buona, degli altri pasti non abbiamo usufruito. Fino al primo piano non c'è ascensore Non adatto a disabili.

Hotel fatiscente non curato

Un hotel può essere anche vecchio ma almeno si deve notare una cura, invece tutto è lasciato andare. Il bagno ha la doccia piccola, mezza rotta, senza miscelatore, nè tappetino. Colazione misera, con tavoli sporchi. Se questo è il servizio che offriamo allora si capisce perché la gente va all'estero. Peccato perché il Gran Sasso è meraviglioso e da questo albergo si arriva a piedi a qualsiasi passeggiata.
