Amazed with the service, facility, and staff. Will return ! Thank you so much for hosting our family of 7. The hotel is of the tier of 5 stars, very conveniently located to locals shops, restaurants, train stations. The room we booked was the corner grand suite with amazing city views.

We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot.
