Then rooms were small and very basic and the motel is under a renovation. The Motel is right in the middle of town though and clean and a very affordable alternative to rooms that cost 3Xs as much in season in Saratoga. No pool, no ice maker, but great Wifi and new smart TV's and better TV selection then most hotels. It was clean and they are trying, I just wanted a clean nice place to sleep in town that didn't cost a small fortune and was very happy with my stay.

This is an older motel that is under renovation. It looks sketchy on the outside. My room was clean and presentable. The staff didn't speak English but the AI phone translator did it's job. I had to use my card over the phone and did not get a receipt for the two night stay. Am checking my bank account for the charges.

This is a motel that is under construction the rooms were poorly remodeled and still in need of repair. The ac ‘s do not work, toilet seat unattached, shower door falling off and windows with no screens. The only thing keeping this place in business is the events in the area.

Beautiful room, however theres no staff and you must call them for every need. Shower was clogged so wasn’t really pleasant to step into but doable. Small tv for the size of the room , not the greatest wifi connection either. Didnt leave enough coffee packets or shampoos. There was no room cleaning even though i asked. Just a nice room in a convenient place.

BEWARE!! The community Court is a complete fraud. It's in disrepair and appears to be abandoned. We tried twice to check in but there is no one present at the Motel. It looks like a crime scene and no one is ever there. We tried the number on the door and the recording stated the number is out of order. A complete misrepresentation of what appears in the listing.

The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we were helped by a very friendly guy in an adjoining room. Remember to read the notices on the office door if you miss the emails. Parking was plentiful.

Property was under renovation, which was not disclosed. First room we were given had significant roof leaks and they tried to move us to a “worker’s “ room. Finally found us another room that was vacant. Room was clean but the bathroom sink leaked when used and the shower door was not hinged properly. There is no staff on site so everything had to be corrected by phone with a central booking system. There was a nice gentleman on site who did do maintenance and tried his best to help. The trip was a last minute decision so we jumped at the price which was low for the time of year…should have been a red flag. Then to top it off, they tried to double charge us! Proves the old saying “it was too good to be true”.

AC unit was covered in grime, barely worked. Wi-fi didnt work. Reached out for help and was hung up on (no one on property to assist), sent a message to text line for help, hours later was given another network name and password. Neither connected, sent another message and was never answered. No accessible outlets, had to unplug the TV to charge phones. Bedside lamp did not have a lightbulb. Only positive was the cloud-like bed and impossibly cozy blankets. Glad the stay was just an overnight.
