Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon

Beautiful hotel but I wouldn’t stay here again. No free breakfast or food, no room service and I was next to a crying baby. Otherwise very clean hotel, kind staff and plenty of amenities. It’s also in a great location where you can walk to many places.
