The hotel ia pretty old, there is no on site parking, not very convenient for those who drive. There's no proper lobby for drop off as well. You may need to park illegally by the roadside to unload your baggages. There are alot of food options nearby though. Famous miso ramen right opposite the back door, good izakaya nearby and Lawson right behind the back door too.

The hotel is clean, fresh and organized. It can be more ideal and convenient with complimentary bottled water in the room. Receptionists can be a little bit more accommodating or perhaps more equipped with the English language. I think that hinders them from conversing more with foreign guests.

Like the onsen n breakfast service. Dont like the tap in room-need to mix hot and cold water to get temperature. This causes wastage of water. Trying to find out if hotel has a recycling bin.

Bed was very uncomfortable, especially the pillow and blanket. The air conditioner is too loud. Fridge is too loud too and we couldn't use it. Bathroom has stinky smell all the time even after staff cleaned it. Front desk staff are not friendly and they never say hi to you when you walk by.

Clean, location good but room small and hot
Location good, close to susukino, walkable to Nijo, Tanukikoji, Odori park and even Sapporo via the underground passage. Hotel was clean and had self-laundry facilities which was great. There was also a microwave, ice machine and drinks vending machines. I stayed in a semi-double room which was small. I think it's ok for one person but two people with a big suitcase each would struggle for space. The room also become very hot because the air-con temperature was not adjustable. The corridor outside was much cooler and pleasant. We actually had to open our door and window to get some cool air in. We saw another room with their door wedged open too, presumably for the same reason. Overall, the hotel was acceptable for the price i paid (approx. AUD60/night).

Nice and clean hotel. Room is big enough. But we cannot find a location on google map and the taxi driver doesn't know the hotel. It seems the hotel name was changed recently.

Good newly renovated hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to susukino train station. You can take a taxi to JR sapporo for around 1200-1400yen.

Well located in vibrant Susukino district.
Plenty of vibrant locations within easy walking distance. Tram loop close by, as are the pedestrian shopping precinct, and numerous beer gardens. Railway station needs a short taxi ride, if luggage is involved. The airport shuttle bus stops close by. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was well staffed and enjoyable. Room was well appointed but not large, however, it is Japan.

Clean Hotel, Very Accomodating

Far removed from Sapporo Festivals
Location between two stations. No way around it, you're going to have a descent walk. Definitely would not recommend staying there during the Snow Festivals, but the walk is fine for the recent Summer Beer-Festival. Room was very small, but comfortable and clean. Japanese style breakfast was well worth the price!! Excellent! Specific location was well within what one might call "sketchy."

Right in the heart of Sapporo Red Light district
The hotel is very clean and the room is very Japanese (meaning small). But not uncomfortably so for a couple. Yes, the room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a surprisingly excellent Japanese style buffet (fish, rice, and quail eggs). HOWEVER, unless you don't mind being surrounded on all sides by Love Motels and women-of-the-night, don't stay here. Would I stay again? For the price, yes! Would I be comfortable bringing the kids? No. Finally, while the hotel IS in Sapporo, you'll either have a pretty descent walk or have to take a taxi. You'll see that you're between two major stations, so getting to downtown can be a 15 minute hike. Of course, this is not a problem in the summer. ENJOY!!

Great for the price
The hotel was great value for the price point, which was basically a very basic business class hotel. I was travelling as a solo female this week and found it to be very clean and safe - good enough for one person to stay very comfortably, but may be cramped for 2. My only negative comments are that the pillows are quite hard, and the window i had was right up against an alley without a view. Other than that, convenient location and friendly staff that spoke basic english. Would recommend for any single travellers on a bit of a budget that want a step above a hostel!

也許是透過平台訂的房間，價格是比較實惠，但是房間肯定是最小的！周遭餐飲娛樂設施很多很方便，逛街購物走路算是不遠，但是在兩個捷運站中間，拖著行李去搭車略嫌不便！尤其是冬季或是下雨的天氣！

夏宿泊時から朝食がビュッフェに変わっていてとても良かったです。楽しめました。 宿泊したのは11月初旬で暖かかったが、エアコンが暖房しか効かず、暑く感じた。せめてドライがあると良かった。 ただ従業員の方も感じが良く、総じて快適に過ごすことができました。またリピートしたいと思います。

連泊で利用しました。何と言ってもホテルの部屋が広く、清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごせます。 またテレビも大きくて見やすかったです。朝食もメインのものを 6種類ぐらいの中から選べて、その地域の素材を利用したものや、ミニビュッフェに関しては 種類は少ないものの味はとても美味しかったです。

お風呂の排水口の髪の毛はずっと残ったままでした。 それ以外の掃除や施設コンディションは最高。
