Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly. We had a good sized room which was nice and clean. Beds were soft and they had a very cozy comforter. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Spa was awesome. We also used their laundry facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo
Fantastic hotel - central location to Sapporo Station, easy access to underground network for food, shopping and bad weather. Staff was attentive, very clean and the onsen is amazing. I would stay here again if visiting Sapporo.
