I had some hiccups at check in, but the staff was great and fixed everything. Room was really nice and the location having the monorail was nice

Room was dirty, mold in the showers, no access to a refrigerator in the room. The hotel itself was nice but we were not pleased with the room at all.

Great room, great staff. Each member of the security team was more than helpful and more than kind. We unfortunately needed the EMTs for my wife’s nose bleed and they were great. Kenneth from security was the first to arrive and before he left made sure my wife was fine. The maid service was also really helpful!

Beautiful property , big rooms, great restaurant options. Concierge very helpful. Took 3 requests to have luggage brought to room. Water main break was inconvenient. Like most places in Vegas, everything is very expensive.

The renovated rooms are much nicer.
