"The room was just mid, but most annoying was that the bathroom pocket-door would not close -- there was something stuck to it that appeared to be a wad of wet toilet paper (yuck!), too. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed well in our room either. We almost didn't stay, but it was only for one night. In the morning, we went downstairs for coffee only to find that there was none in the breakfast area. We were sent to the lobby to get coffee, but that had run dry, too. The staff was lovely and apologetic and offered to get us coffee if we waited a while, but we checked out and went to Dunkin Donuts. I don't think we will stay here again."

"The staff was so so very sweet and the fact that they had Milton Brown toiletries made the stay so special. The fact that they are the ones that I use at home made it perfect. "

"Room was clean, shower head was coming out of the wall. Was unable to turn off the AC unit (which rattled all night). It also looked like the floor and table lamps had rust on them, which I found odd. Staff were very kind. Check in and out were seamless. Did not see much of a breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat that are walkable. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Staff was awesome and we loved the fresh baked cookies. Pool was not heated (ice cold) and hot tub was not working which was a disappointment. "
