「Staff were friendly. Quiet room as it's a smaller hotel with some residents. Upon arrival everything seemed clean and we only needed it for one night to sleep and shower. No negatives experienced during our stay. Breakfast was basic and simple but good. For a lower price, I would stay there again.」

「This property is NOT AS DESCRIBED. It is an apartment within Hotel Mercure. The front desk will check you in but provide zero other service; you have to contact the "owner" for that, and they have no idea who that is or how to contact them. The apartment is old, shabby and pretty creepy. There is a card with a WhatsApp number but they don't answer. The bedding was old and not clean when I arrived. The wifi does not work. There is no 24/7 front desk or room service as it says on the Expedia page....
