Good reception staff, noisy room

The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Eu conheço o hotel desde que tinha outro nome, e particularmente, eu achava melhor antes. Hoje em dia falta manutenção nos quartos, o café da manhã é razoável, e no check in o funcionário não me explicou como entrar na internet, apesar de eu ter perguntado, ele respondeu que entraria em contato no WhatsApp explicando, o que não aconteceu. Não é ruim, mas pode melhorar sobretudo na renovação dos quartos.

Agradável

Minha estadia foi boa, apartamento tipo flat com cozinha americana, faltou utensilios para cozinha, só tinha 2 copos e 2 pratos com alguns talheres, iluminação da acomodação bem ruim, pedi para trocar uma lâmpada e no outro dia não funcionava mais, quarto confortável, banheiro com odor de esgoto e vidro do box sujo. Todos que trabalham no hotel são muitos solicitados, Recepção Caio, Café da manhã tem um jovem muito amável, acho que o nome é Michel uma pena não ter certeza. Em relação ao quarto que ficamos senti uma falta de manutenção, pois a fechadura era na chave e agarrou, como disse antes a iluminação ruim. O Hotel em um todo é bom, Café da manhã ótimo, tirando o café kkk não sei se sou eu que não gosto do café de São Paulo.
