This property is not a four-star hotel. It is closer to two stars maybe three. It was very safe and they were very kind at the front desk. But we did not have our room serviced once while we were there for three days. Overall, we stayed for the duration of our visit, but was very disappointed that the photos were very filtered and brightened. The hotel itself is much darker and felt very isolated. We may be saw three or four other guests the entire time we were there.

Pros: great location, good breakfast and nice rooftop Cons: needs to modernize rooms (toilet doesn't flush), no utensils in mini kitchen corner, and no soundproofing at all (was on 5th floor and could hear every car passing on the streets below)

Funcionários solicitos, café da manhã mediano, em um dos quartos que ficamos o cano da pia da cozinha vazava um cheiro bem forte, achei até que seria vazamento de gás, eles resolveram o problema assim que solicitamos. Um bom hotel.

O hotel é muito bom mas quanto a identificação e registro do hóspede, o sistema não conseguiu realizar o registro da minha face e não pude entrar. Foi um pouco constrangedor. Acredito que a funcionária, no check in, não estava treinada o suficiente para resolver este problema. O que persistiu em toda a nossa estadia.

Para o preço… um pouco defasado

Imponente, quartos grandes com cama aconchegante mas ao mesmo tempo com itens um pouco desfasados e que nem funcionam. Ao chegar pra fazer login, o sistema tinha tido algum problema o que acabou me atrasando. Também não pude aproveitar o café da manhã do primeiro dia já que só conseguiram verificar minha reserva 2 minutos após o encerramento do cafe (mesmo tendo sido culpa deles a demora). No dia seguinte, fui pro café e não tinha mais vários itens como ovo mexido.

Inicio destacando o quão antipático e nada receptivo foi o atendente do check-in. Com relação às instalações, precisa urgentemente de manutenção no banheiro, sujo e com mofo por toda parte. Além disso, não é um hotel, é um flat. Só mesmo a localização é um ponto positivo a destacar.

Razoável. A localização é excelente, a cama super confortável e os funcionários cordiais (exceto a gerente do restaurante). Todavia, escuta-se todo tipo de barulho, desde a descarga dos quartos vizinhos até as obras do entorno. Parecia que era dentro do quarto e ocorriam a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite.
