Conforto e acomodações condizentes com valor. Atendimento deixou bastante a desejar. Nos dois últimos dias simplesmente não abriram o restaurante e não teve café da manhã.

O café da manhã foi tranquilo, tinha opções de frutas, pães e bolos. O quarto estava com paredes sujas, pedi cama de casal e me deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. A cama fazia barulho ao me movimentar. Paguei duas diárias mas só consegui ficar 1 noite. Ele fica bem localizado pra quem quer ter fácil acesso a feirinha da madrugada no Brás

Recepção sem educação, quarto com chuveiro muito ruim e ralo entupido. Funcionários do restaurante mal educados. Fizeram meu check out eu estando lá ainda. De repente estou dormindo e entrou gente p limpar dizendo que eu havia saído do hotel desde às 4:30 segundo a planilha que passaram p elas. Não retorno e não indico.

Infelizmente o Hotel deixa muito a desejar, começando pela recepção, pessoas grossas e sem interesse algum em atender bem. O quarto era velho, piso remendado, banheiro mais velho que minha bisavó e sem água quente no chuveiro e na data que eu fui, o clima estava muito frio.

A estadia foi razoável, atendimento das meninas da recepção foi nota 10, porém o quarto deixou a desejar, banheiro estava meio sujo quando cheguei, mas a experiência como um todo foi ótima, agradeço a equipe, o hotel é bem localizado no Brás em SP.

Péssimo, não recomendo.

Já estive neste hotel a uns anos atrás e Era bom, mas agora o hotel está horrível, sujo, roupa de cama e banho encardidas, móveis deteriorados, fechadura estragada, ar condicionado não funcionava,sem falar no café da manhã que não tem quase opção nenhuma.

Excelente localização

Para quem vai fazer compras no Brás, esse hotel é ideal. Localizado entre as principais ruas de comércio no Brás, possui lojas dentro do próprio estabelecimento e também ao redor. O café da manhã é muito bom. O valor das diárias é um dos mais baratos naquela região.
