Café da manhã “bonito” mas muito ruim os produtos pães ,salgados ,nitidamente velhos (foi e voltou várias vezes sabe ?) pegamos peito de peru , estava melado ,Velho , ovo mexido ressecado , enfim poderia ser muito bom tem estrutura para ser bom mas é muito mau cuidado , preferia que tivesse menos itens porém todos frescos !! Uma pena !!

Não me hospedo mais. Quando realizei o check in fui informado que não tinha toalha de banho no apartamento. Ao usar o secador a energia caía e precisava pedir pega religarem. Enfim, não gostei da experiência.

Ótimo Custo x Benefício

Já tem um tempo que escolhemos nos hospedar neste hotel por ser próximo ao WTC e por ter um ótimo custo x benefício; Quarto grande, cama confortável, ducha excelente. Nós notamos melhorias nas roupas de cama e nos itens do café da manhã. Porém o corredor dos quartos do 5º andar estava com cheiro mto forte de cigarro. Passando na porta ao lado do nosso, estava insuportável. A pessoa fuma dentro do quarto, e isso é um absurdo. Como melhoria eu diria que poderiam trocar as luzes do banheiro de amarelas para branca, para ajudar na maquiagem ;) No geral, vale a pena a estadia.

Ótima localização e custo benefício, se você vai participar de eventos no centro de convenções WTC em são Paulo, fica localizado a poucos minutos andando. Próximo ao shopping também. Fica longe do centro de são Paulo.

Tudo tranquilo , café da manhã simples nada de especial mas ok ! Pedimos a ligação da sauna do checkin subimos e em seguida fomos para a piscina , ficamos por 2 h na piscina e não ligaram a sauna !!

Bem conservado, quarto bom tamanho, bom café.

Boas instalações, com nível de conservação adequado, mas que não escondem a idade do hotel. Nada que comprometa a qualidade da instalações. Bom café da manhã. Não sei se é possível solicitar, mas para quem vai com criança, o quarto casal vem "por padrão" com uma cama de casal e com um sofá que não é do tipo sofá cama.

Precisa de uma reforma urgente!

O elevador antigo, não sabia se ele tinha chegado ou não. Não tinha nenhuma sinal visível que indicasse isso. Perdi algumas vezes. No quarto, o layout horrível. A pia enorme e uma coisa horrível. Mesa velha, com duas cadeiras que mal dava para trabalhar. Sem mesa própria para trabalho. A que tinha fica a longe da tomada. O sofa velho e desproporcional. A televisão antiga sem opções de streams.
