Staff was great about communicating on arrival details and even made dinner reservations for us before we checked in. What I would highlight to potential guests is that currently there isn't a Metro station within the local vicinity, you have a 20 min walk to Casa Musica. "This is just like a hotel, couldn't fault it really. The basic rooms are a bit smaller, but it worked fine for us (a young couple). The superior rooms are really nice. Everything is lovely and clean and comfortable, bathrooms are great, aircon works well. The terrace is a real bonus and the customer service and staff at the check-in desk were excellent. It's in a great area with plenty of bar and restaurants around, nice to see a new bit of the city which has a good vibe."
