「Outstanding customer service」

「Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con」

「Super séjour à Madère ! L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est grande et nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor qui petit + parlait français ! La piscine sur le toit est petite mais durant notre séjour en juin il n’y avait jamais personne donc on était vraiment bien à profiter de la piscine et des transats et des tables sur le rooftop avec vue sur l’océan ! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.」

「Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel after a long trip from Canada , only to be told there were no rooms for us. We had booked 2 rooms several months ago. We were told by the front staff that a terrible thing happened to the rooms and they couldn’t allow us to use them. They had made other arrangements to have us stay at another hotel. My husband and I put alot of time into finding the right place for us. The place they put us in was a much older hotel and not what we would have booked.」

「房間沒有冷氣風扇，與hotel.com所描述不同，故房間較熱。另外，洗澡水外淺，令地板全濕。床墊開始舊，有下榻情況。景觀開揚，有小型厨房，空間較大，洗澡水夠熱，毛巾隔天更換但天天執房。酒店附近多食店亦有超市，巴士站，泳灘等。酒店有免費接駁車往市中心，但我沒有使用過。早餐有面包，生果，可可米，乳酪及芝士火腿蛋等，不是好味，亦不難吃。」

「We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week. I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support. Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality. The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast.」
