Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night

Great stay In Sanya

Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip!

룸 청소 좀 깨끗히 해주세요

오래전에 갔을때 너무나 편안하고 깨끗하고 좋았던 기억에 7년만에 다시 찾았는데..역시 세월에 장사 없나봅니다..전체적으로 좀 낡은 느낌이었는데 뭐..그정도는 괜찮았습니다..그런데 룸 청소 상태가 아주 별로더라구요..처음 체크인해서 들어갔는데 바닥에 먼지 및 뭐가 떨어진게 그대로 있었고 테이블 역시 깨끗하지 않은 얼룩진 상태였습니다..커텐에도 뭔가 뭍은 얼룩이 있었구요..하루밤을 지내고 다음날 청소가 끝난상태였는데 첫날 바닥에 떨어졌던게 그대로 있었고 전날 저녁에 씻고 떨어졌던 머리카락도 그대로였습니다. 이 호텔 바닥 청소 안하는거 같습니다..호텔 조식도 예전엔 꽤나 종류도 다양하고 먹을게 많았는데 중국식으로 많이 변하고 해남도 과일 맛있다던데 과일도 정말 그냥 그렇더라구요..호텔치고 남은 음식 정리하는것도 손님들 다닌데는 훤히 보이는게 청결해 보이지 않았구요. 제가 전에 갔던 너무나 좋은 기억이 있어서 그런지 이번에 실망도 좀 컸습니다..그치만 여전히 수영장은 좋았습니다..8살 아이와 같이 갔는데 각각의 수영장을 돌아다니며 정말 재밌게 놀고 왔습니다..다른건 몰라도 수영장은 최고구요..룸 청소 및 서비스 개선은 좀 필요할 거 같습니다

Staff was friendly but only some of them spoke English or used a translator app for communication; all staff should be able to speak English. At least some of the amenities should be listed in English, with pictures, this would help immensely. The jacuzzi was not warm at all, but it lists the jacuzzi as an amenity. The towel caddy was not stocked so you needed to walk to the other pool to get towels, which was inconvenient. The swim up bar was never open and there was no wait staff servicing the pool area. The drink list included Margaritas, but the bartender did not know how to make them properly at all. Also, they do not have Chardonnay available, which should be a standard offering; the wine list was pretty much non-existent. The Guest Services Manager Erik was very nice and helpful; he was able to help us with internet access and advise us on local areas to visit. The gift shop had nothing with the name of the hotel and Sanya, no t-shirts or stuffed animals or anything else to showcases the location. The kids always like souvenirs that show where they have been. The property is beautiful and the gym is really nice too. Everything is clean and kept up nicely.

Cozy hotel and resort. NICE! Buffet Breakfast is tasty, especially the fruit juice. Asian BBQ seafood buffet, must try!

总体感觉不错，前台人员素质不高应马上撤换

前台入住的办理小哥素质很差，还好来之前看评论有游客碰到这种情况，所以有个心理准备。其他的服务员态度都非常好，应该把前台人员撤换，这关系酒店的第一印象

Excellent hotel but pricey restaurants

Everything was very good. Menu price for restaurants within the hotel was extremely overpriced comparing to other hotels at similar class. For instance, a bowl of beef noodle cost RMB98 which the amount of beef was minimal. Buffet breakfast price is set at RMB195/person approximately.

Not surprise!

The hotel is in good shape and good maintenance. Most of the staff are friendly but the HR still have a lot in training. The swimming pool is far to shallow for tropical weather. It is in fact a big bowl of hot soup all day!

Fantastic Family Getaway

Perfect lodging to experience the beautiful shoreline of Sanya. It has plenty of recreational amenities and F&B outlets to fulfill the needs of family especially for younger kids.
