Good place with some annoying minor issues.
The room is fine, though not so clean. The major problem is with kitchen. No microwave is provided. We need to pay to get the cooking stuff, which was said to be included when we booked the room.

Helpful Staff & Very spacious
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, The rooms are large and have everything you need, The gardens and the pool are beautiful, Lots of shops and Restaurants nearby, very close to the beach, 20 minutes by bus to Sanya Centre. I would highly recommend these apartments

一次驚嚇的經歷
整體印象很差，由入屋苑大閘直到大樓電梯走廊直到去前台，一路有坑渠味道包圍，入屋內驚見單位內牆身漏水丶水渠味道丶及廁所門不能關門。但入到睡房內丶那張床出奇地好瞓。 因本人晚上11:30才到三亞。

十分便宜又寬闊
房間跟描述相片一樣十分寬敞 而且能看到海景 亦有提供一個游泳池 加上地理位置又十分方便 位於機場附近，打的只需十七元 行十五分鐘左右有一個超市 若果想到大型的廣場及超市 可以選擇打的到勝利廣場/旺豪超市 就算打的去海鮮市場都只是三十元以內 另外職員及房東都很nice 一開始因爲擔心join不到local tour 而登記處已經有很多不同類型的local tour選擇 當天上車地點亦在酒店附近，所以完全不用擔心 唯一不足的是房間設備好像用了很多年 床褥與枕頭有點扁塌情況

酒店泳池不錯，風景也好，喜歡安靜的可以選擇帕爾美納
酒店給人整體的感覺就是寧靜，有椰子樹有泳池，風景很美，主要酒店前台的服務很好，想去景區有很多不懂的問她她都很熱心的介紹。唯一不足的就是距離市區有一段的距離，打的要20多分鐘。
