「Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying.」

「Decepcionante, las fotos muestran un apaprt hotel más moderno; muebles maltratados y frigobar oxidado. Ascensor funcionaba con desperfectos, a veces sin luz y no se detenia en el piso que se requeria. Se olvidaron de cambiar toallas y colocar utencilios de baño. Lo único rescatable es la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.」

「非常方便的酒店，位于LAS CONDES区，离TOTTUS超市走路只要1分钟路程，走路2分钟就是圣地亚哥最大的MALL城-ARAUCA，那里购物餐厅一应俱全，而且购物中心门口还有市区旅游观光巴士（TOURISTIK），买票在酒店就可以买到。酒店非常干净，房间也大，窗口望出去就是安第斯山脉，早餐也不错。」
