Anna was so kind and friendly and helpful!! The whole property was amazing. The owner was kind and helped us with everything. They helped us rent a car the days we were there and the breakfast was soooo delicious!! Great place to stay, highly recommend it 😁

We liked the the place was located directly across from an open field where you could see the ocean and sunset/sunrise from both the front and back. We liked the small local village of Akrotiri village as it has some great restaurants- including:Caladera View, The Dolpins and Theofanis. We didn't like that it was so close to the motorway traffic and every other hour during the ams you could hear ATV's and motorcycles revving their engines and blasting music. We thought it was ridiculous that we couldn't get a pool or beach towel. We understand that previous guests have stolen them, but then you take a deposit of 5 -10 euros and if it isn't returned on check out then you keep the money. We had to buy 2 towels for the beach/pool and we couldn't carry them in our carry on luggage (inconvenient and expensive). We didn't like that our mini fridge was noisy that we couldn't keep any food inside it as it was so old that the magnet didn't hold itself closed and it would open itself while we where gone. We thought it was sad and cheap we weren't offered a small water when we arrived as it was awfully hot. We also would of appreciated more guidance in regards to the public bus! The nearest stop to Fira/airport is a 15 min walk and we could of saved 45 euros x2 had we had know we could of taken a local bus for 2 euros per person! Also the "walk" to black beach is more like 30-40 min not 10,and there is NO sidewalk. Also the wifi didnt reach to our room! And the tv was verily static.

This is an absolute gem for travellers to Santorini. It’s a unique location between the crater rim and sea in the south - a breath of fresh air away from the busy tourist spots. Even better, you don’t need a 5 star budget to experience the best of Santorini by making this your base. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room but no coffee/tea but you can get these from reception breakfast area. The sparkling pool and surrounding views of the sea and vineyards are a stunning outlook, with lots of places to sit and relax. Akrotiri and the southern beaches are down the road The warmth and hospitality of Zeta and other staff made it extra special. We had a car but there’s a car rental place right nearby, or the local bus service goes past. The sunsets are definitely a unique opportunity to get a fresh view of the whole caldera. We loved staying here. Our new favourite area of Santorini.

La nostra stanza non rispecchiava assolutamente le stanze visibile in foto. Dare un giudizio mediocre alla pulizia è un eufemismo; appena entrati, abbiamo notato che la stanza era stata pulita con sufficienza; sporcizia ovunque, capelli e sopracciglia sui “muretti” bianchi presenti all’interno della stanza; lenzuolo con due chiazze gialle; asciugamani ingrigiti che graffiavano. Esterno;”: lettini a bordo piscina lerci, acqua sporca. Davvero non all’altezza del prezzo pagato, darei al max 2stelle. Non consiglio

Lo único bueno era el cuarto que estaba decente. El hotel es horrible, el lugar donde está ubicado es horrible. No vuelvo y no lo recomiendo. Si vas a Santorini hay que quedarse en Fira, en Oía o en Kamari.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful during our stay. They suggested we rent an ATV to get around the island and it was a really fun way to explore. My only concern was the floor drain in the bathroom kept backing up water into our room. But this was cleaned up everyday and we only noticed it in the mornings. Overall a great place for the price

If you want to be near other hotels and restaurants, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was helpful once we arrived. But speaking to them on the phone prior to was a nightmare. Hotels.com site says there is free pickup from airport, 24 hours. When we arrived, they said it was not available that day. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk argued w/ me that THEIR site says there is a charge and falst advertisement of the free shuttle was not their fault. As a traveler, how would anyone know that? If that was the case, how would we know ANYTHING was correct? Once we cleared up the matter, she was very helpful w/ suggestions for restaurants, etc. But again, this is NOT near anything. You will have to take a bus or rent an ATV. The room was spacious and clean. Very minimal.

Hotel is little far from Fira (Capital)

We stayed in house of this villa. Bed was not comfortable at all to sleep. We did not have warm/hot water and when we notified staff they were not receptive and did not do anything about it. Breakfast did not have many choices for vegetarian. I would not stay here again for the money we had to spent per night.

After one week in Santorini, we're sad we didn't book this amazing hotel earlier! The room was just like the pictures, super clean and beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the AC kept us cool all night, without making a lot of noises. It's a perfect place for couples, 10 mins with car and you will find yourself at the Akrotiri Lighthouse and catching the most beautiful sunset. The breakfast was basic. Overall, worth every penny! We are definitely going back.

Superbe vue, à l'écart du tourisme de masse

Un établissement familial, dont les chambres ont été récemment rénovées, avec une vue mer des 2 cotés de Santorin. Location de quad, sur place. Raphael, assure l'accueil, le relationnel, les conseils, et tout cela en français si besoin. Petit déjeuner buffet où Cathy met la main à la pâte dès le matin pour nous réaliser elle-même des petits feuilletés au fromage et/ou aux epinards. Beaucoup de gentillesse de la part du personnel. Une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, et une bouilloire dans la chambre seraient un plus. La connexion internet est parfois légère ou aléatoire, mais il est toujours possible de se rapprocher de la salle du petit déj pour pouvoir se connecter.

연인보다는 사색용 호텔이라 생각합니다. ㅎㅎ

타 지역, 타 국가의 비슷한 가격대의 호텔과 비교하면 시설면에서 떨어질 수 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 맡은 바 최선을 다하려는 모습이 좋았습니다. 주변 환경처럼 너무 복잡스럽지 않고 여유가 넘치는 호텔이었습니다. 수영장 등의 부대시설은 없지만, 시끄러운 환경에서 벗어나 사색할 때 더욱 좋을 것 같은 호텔입니다.

Personale eccezionale, ti offrono una bevanda di benvenuto. Posto molto accogliente, camere belle graziose e pulite. Accanto alla struttura c'è un rent a bike con prezzi ottimi. Posizione della struttura facilmente raggiungibile sia per l'aeroporto sia per tutto il resto della città e dell'isola. Consigliabile al 100%.
