Lovely small and friendly hotel located in a fantastic spot with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff could not do enough for us and were very helpful in making plans and bookings for excursions during our stay.

An absolute gem tucked away on the beach away from all the business of the other parts of island. Everything was just perfect- absolutely wonderful staff who made my solo stay just exquisite. I came for peace, quiet and the sounds of the ocean and that’s exactly what I found. Could not recommend them more highly.

Everything about this hotel was amazing!! If there was a 10 star review they would get a 20 no doubt about it. The people were amazing, the food was amazing, the drinks the best and the location on perfect for the beach, relaxing and night life. All the shops and restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Santorini. Also, they arrange transportation and offer help with anything you need.

I could not have asked to feel more welcome by all of the wonderful staff! They truly went out of their way to make me feel like part of the family and they went above and beyond with help with suggestions and transportation. The property is lovely, clean and quiet with easy access to the beach and an amazing breakfast. I will be returning.

We had the best week at Crystal Blue. What a gem of a hotel. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The pool and proximity to the beach were highlights. We sept so well, and woke each day to a gorgeous breakfast on the sunny terrace. Bar and food was impeccable in both quality and service. Thanks to all the team. We would highly recommend and will be back.

The property was clean and neat, the staff goes over and beyond to please you. The location is amazing also. There is only very few suggestions, but nevertheless did not make our stay less enjoyable. Since we visit them mid May the pool water temperature was on the cold side, if it was heated pool, that would’ve been great. The breakfast menu is very good but again if there is a bit of change during weekdays to prevent boredom with the menu that would take the experience to even higher level. But all in all very satisfied.

The room was clean and the room was as I expected but some of the dining room staff were overbearing, pushy, and rude. One evening bartender would badmouth their coworkers in front of me and on a couple of occasions they would badmouth some guests. The front desk and cleaning staff were an A+ but the pushy and overbearing bartender made my stay for a few days feel like a mistake. This is my third time staying at this very resort and it will be my absolute last time. I felt like I was overcharged for one meal in particular and was never given a bill. The meal was salty and inedible. I also stayed away from the eating area because I was being pestered on why I did not eat at the resort itself. I’m on vacation. You are not setting my travel requirements. This place has changed for the worst. I WILL NEVER BOOK A VACATION STAY HERE AGAIN!!
