We were well received, and Nancy made sure to meet us at the property and welcome us in. She let us know about all the amenities, the activities and places to go in Santorini within an hour of getting to the property. A rental car was arranged for us and brought to us, which was really helpful. Hotel was just as the picture was described squeaky clean, and well maintain I would stay again.

Really clean room and a nice, quiet area which avoids the crowds. There was a smart TV which had access to Netflix - this is something you don’t see very often and so we were pleasantly surprised. The lady who checked us in was very helpful in recommending places to eat and sights to check out. The pool was sanitary and cleaned daily which was lovely. My only thing is that house keeping was an additional charge of €20. It would have been lovely to have fresh towels and a daily bed sheet change. It would’ve been nice if they left some cleaning supplies e.g. mop to clean the bathroom as the showers don’t have a door and so the floors were very wet and slippery.

Location: The village is beautiful and the accommodation is in a quiet area. The surroundings are lovely and peaceful, which makes a good first impression. Positive Aspects: The pool area is very nice and was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. From the rooftop, there is also a beautiful view of the sunset, definitely a highlight of the property. Service & Management: The manager was not very welcoming and did not act on simple requests. Although the property was free on the day of arrival, we were not allowed to check in earlier or even leave our luggage safely – something that would have been very easy to arrange. Comfort: The bed and pillows were extremely hard (the pillows felt like stones). Even after raising this issue, no effort was made to improve the situation. Towels were not changed once during our 8-day stay, the TV remote control did not work and a technical device gave off a disturbing blue light in the room during the night. Facilities: The kitchen was only suitable for small snacks and coffee and that’s okay. Still, a sponge and a towel would have been the minimum to keep it clean. In addition, the trash was never proactively collected. It started to overflow and smell inside the apartment, so I eventually had to place it outside myself. Overall: While the location is quiet, the pool well maintained and the sunset view from the rooftop beautiful, the customer service and comfort of the accommodation were disappointing and below expectations.

Its a nice place but they need to put an iron in the room and also the water in the pool was too cold. The things that really messed me up was more about no visitors, it would have been better to notify this with the customers before they got to Santorini. The place was ok

Calissa suites was everything we needed and more the location was amazing for us, as we didn't want to be in one of the busy tourist towns ie oia or fira. It is in pyrgos which has a lovely authentic charm, fantastic views and lots of restaurants which are so much cheaper than the towns facing the caldera. The room was gorgeous and the private pool was bigger than expected and maintained daily. Only thing missing for us was an iron and ironing board but other than that it was perfect and the staff were great.

I booked this property at around 2 AM for the same-day stay. Upon arrival, the host saw I had a baby with me and immediately refused to let us in, claiming they do not accept infants—despite there being no clear mention of this restriction during booking. Not only were we left without a place to stay, but they also refused to return any of the money I paid. I was left stranded late at night with a baby, which was incredibly stressful and unfair. This experience felt like a scam. If there are special conditions (like "no babies allowed"), they should be clearly stated before payment is made. Otherwise, it's just taking advantage of people. I strongly warn other travelers, especially families to avoid this place. If something goes wrong, don’t expect flexibility or even basic fairness.
