Excellent Service, Beautiful View!

The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing! Eve was fantastic and made our stay truly memorable with her suggestions and arrangements. The hotel is out of the main areas of Oia and Fira so if you’re looking for quiet room with great views this is your place.

Magnifique 😍

We had a perfect stay in Avant garde suite. Perfect view and of caldera, a large suite with nice decoration and terrasse. The reception was very very kind and helpful and ready to give us the good suggestion for visiting. Very good Break fast with lots of choice , served at our balcony and near the jacuzzi gave us very good feeling of joy and satisfaction in this hotel 😇

Workers at this establishment were super friendly and would go above and beyond to accommodate my family. The daily breakfast was delicious! Only issue was the hot tub after an hour the jet wouldn’t turn back on.

The suites are in a quiet part of Santorini, 35 min away from busy Oía. The room I stayed had an amazing view to the sea and an outdoor hot tub. The room’s outdoor space also felt quite private in comparison to many other outdoor areas I saw in most parts of Santorini so I was very pleased about it. Friendly staff and breakfast in the room was provided every morning. These suites are an excellent option in this price range.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness and the breakfast served in our room were a nice touch. We loved interacting with Eleni. She was super sweet and helpful. She recommended nice activities and booked our transportation to the harbour and our cruise tour that she helped us choose. She also recommended us a great place to eat crepes or burgers on our last day. We truly felt in good hands while staying in this property. Would definitely return if we stay in Akrothiri.

Das Hotel war ruhig gelegen, aber unweit von den Restaurants und einem Minimarkt. Das Zimmer war bißchen unpraktisch ausgestattet, es fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten. Auf der Terrasse gab es keinen Sonnenschutz. Das Frühstück war ok, mußte aber wegen des Windes im Speisesaal, statt auf der Terrasse serviert werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit.

A hotel with incredible views and great staff!

A very nice place with spectacular views to the bay of Santorini. The rooms on the ground floor have joint terrace with the neighbours separated by a wall. If you want more privacy during your bath in the jacuzzi then a room on the first floor is better. We enjoyed it anyway and very much! The staff (Eleni and Vanos) are very kind and helpful with everything. The breakfast is at your room while you enjoy the views! Parking the car is easy and for free. The only minor “problem” was that during the night you hear the traffic of some “crazy Greek drivers” with loads of music and tuned motors (it’s best you take a room further away from the road) This was by far the best of all hotels we booked during our visits to Athens, Naxos, Santorini and Mykonos. Thank you Eleni and Vanos!

this has been the greatest disappointment in all my hotel experiences. The advertising and pictures on Expedia were misleading. Upon arrival, we quickly realized that the noise from the street was extremely loud. I brought this to the staff's attention, and they informed us that there would be another room available the next day that we could upgrade to. However, we were simply looking for peace and quiet, and the images suggested we would find that here. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated directly on a busy street, and only rooms located further back on the property might offer some relief from the noise.We attempted to discuss the situation with the hotel team, who made efforts to help us by contacting their service and involving Expedia. However, the next day, we were informed that the room they had planned to offer us had been booked overnight, and there were no other options available. We express our desire not to stay at the hotel anymore. We explained that we have a large family and that this was our only holiday, making peace and quiet crucial for us.We where made believed that the hotels customer service team would resolve the issue and secure a refund for us. However, after we left on the second day, we were informed that the hotel's customer service team decided not to issue a refund. We ended up losing a significant amount of money, and I cannot recommend this hotel. I truly don't understand why Expedia promotes it.

Love this place

Lovely views uninterrupted. Great service from the front desk for anything we needed. Rent a car for flexibility and check out the local town and beaches for decent restaurants. Cheaper than Fira and Oia by a long way and the view is just as good over the Caldera - maybe better (the islands are closer).

Hôtel avant -garde moyen et trop chère

L hôtel avant garde est moyen pour le prix excessif notre chambre la verte je ne recommande pas a coter de la réception et du parking Clim de la chambre ne fonctionne pas les gens passe devant notre terrasse et le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas alors que j ai loué pour cela entre autre piscine de l hôtel exposée au nord sans être chauffée n’y celle de la salle de sport le personnel ne fais aucun effort pour parler un peu français le petit déjeuner est pas ouf croissants congelés je ne recommande pas il y a beaucoup mieux à coter .

A magical place. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The view on caldeira and the swimming pool are amazing, a true paradise. The room is comfortable. The restaurant and the breakfast are VERY good. And mostly, the staff are the most adorable people in the world! Thank you SO much for your hospitality and your incrédible kindness. Thank you for making this stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel it was really perfect. We will come back for our next trip in Santorini and we cannot wait!!
