「Great location, newly renovated modern apartment. Partial sea views. This apartment is self-check in, which if you follow the information sent is easy to follow. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. 」

「Staff gave me a wonderful warm welcome, covered all aspects of the hotel facilities available to us and then showed me to my room. All in all, I throughly enjoyed my stay despite being out exploring the local area as it was so beautiful. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities was well appointed. 」

「La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. 「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程 這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓 不難找到 由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡 有非常古式的電梯 民宿內共有五間房間 住的非常寬敞 也很乾淨 有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點 但到傍晚 就有許多餐廳開始營業 餐飲有很多選擇 比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多 大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳 附近也有許多商店可以閒逛 但不會營業到太晚 週圍環境很寧靜舒適 」

「Beautiful room very clean and some view only issue was finding hotel and reception was no very well detailed seaview vernazza every apartment is called this but got there in the end by asking a local the reception is on the square as stated but there is around 8 different buzzers and does not state which to press. Definitely would stay again.」
