Dario and Family/staff were beyond accommodating and went above and way beyond to make our short stay one of the best stays of our three week tour. Lovely."

"I think it all has to do with expectations. I think the main problem was it just lacked basic hotel items. No water kettle, no rubbish bin in the room, you had to pay for a coffee or tea yet there was no way to get any - same with water, luckily you can just drink the tap water. I think overall it would be a 5/5 if the hotel was rated 3 stars and was about 100 euros less a night"
