"Poderiam melhorar os utensílios de cozinha em geral: detergente , esponja, pano de prato. Fez falta uma sanduicheira elétrica. A garagem é muito ruim para manobrar. Faltou um ar-condicionado na sala onde fica o sofa cama. Os funcionários são atenciosos e atenderam os nossos pedidos. O apartamento fica praticamente na areia da praia. Pena que não ficamos em um apartamento de frente pro mar. "

"Chegamos às 2:00 da manhã em Florianópolis e avisei que estavamos a caminho da pousada. A responsável pediu pra ligarmos quando chegássemos na pousada. Liguei e nada de atenderem. Ficamos quase 10 minutos esperando e nada. Por sorte a Uber foi gente boa e nos deixou em um posto de gasolina próximo. Eu estava com 2 crianças de 9 e 10 anos. Depois de várias ligações a responsável atendeu. Conseguimos edtrar na pousada umas 3:00 da manhã.
A área comum da pousada é bonita e o quarto que fiquei,...

El apartamento "Junior" olio feo al entrar, sin duda necesita un nuevo refrigerador y limpiar sus ventanas, un par de pequenas mejoras para comodidad del pasajero, como perchas en el closet. "My husband and I visited Florianopolis recently. The staff at the Palm Beach Apart Hotel was terrific throughout our weeklong stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we felt we’d chosen the right beachfront hotel. We did.
The only thing the hotel lacks is a restaurant. But since it’s surrounded by several neighborhood eateries, that really didn’t affect us.
We plan to return to Floripa. When we do, we’ll book again at the Palm Beach Apart."
