Portaria 24 horas, bom atendimento, café simples, porém suficientemente bom. Limpeza dos quartos a cada dois dias. No geral, dentro do esperado. Voltaria a me hospedar se fosse necessário.

sem capacidade água quente para o numero hospedes.

Ficamos hospedados por 4 dias, todos os dias sem agua aquecida nos banheiros pela manha, tivemos que tomar banho frio todos os dias, todo o hotel não oferecia agua quente, pois conversamos com outros hospedes. Pedimos e conversamos com recepcionistas, onde alegaram que o problema não era deles, a gerente, no dia que apareceu disse que ela também tinha "vida" fora do hotel e por isso não resolveu o problema no feriado, (01\05\2025) porém na sexta feira também não o fez.... assim como os dias subsequentes. Gerente grosseira, não preparada para resolver e atender cliente. Capacidade do reservatório de agua quente não é suficiente para numero de quartos e hospedes. Controle de ar condicionado sem pilha, também não trocaram de imediato e não foi possível usar ar condicionado... enfim creio que tem opções melhores sem estresse. Pois depois que pagamos, não tivemos como voltar atrás e mudar de estabelecimento.

Quarto varanda casal.

Funcionário são cordiais e educados. Porém notei um despreparo e certa economia na questão de arrumação de quartos ,minha toalha nao foi trocada e naor epuzeram os sabonetes (tive aue pedir).O prédio nao esta muito bem conservado.,nao tem telefone para falar com a portaria. O blackout nao segura muito a luz do sol. Café da manha tem muito doce e pouca opções salgadas, mas é bom. Chuveiro, cama e ar condicionado, bom tbm. A varanda so serve para secar roupa, nao tem visual bonito. A localização é excelente.

Mofo, ambiente insalubre.

O teto do banheiro como um todo estava completamente mofado, nos sentimos em um ambiente insalubre, minha namorada estava espirando muito por conta dos ácaros. Havia também teias de aranha pelo quarto e tomadas sem proteção. Reservamos 2 noites, ficamos apenas 1 pois quando chegamos lá já era bem tarde da noite. Tentamos solicitar o cancelamento e reembolso com o hotel porém não tive sucesso, de qualquer forma não passamos mais nem 1 segundo lá depois de acordar, algumas outro lugar mesmo saindo no prejuízo.

A pousada vale

A pousada é otima muito perto da praia menos de 50m. Limpa e a equipe de atendimento maravilhosq. Café da manha excelente. Voltaremos Melhoria para ter algum contato com a recepcao pq nao tem telefone no quarto e ducha higienica no banheiro e troca de tabuas do banheiro.
