I’ve stayed here multiple times and find it to be excellent value for money. The location is very convenient — the metro is only a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff are also really helpful, which adds to the overall positive experience. It’s not a 5-star hotel, so don’t expect luxury facilities, but if you’re after a clean, safe, and comfortable place to sleep while visiting Santiago, I’d happily recommend it. Breakfast is included and works on a “lucky dip” style, meaning you don’t get to choose specific items, but it does the job. There’s no parking available, but with the metro so close, getting around the city is very easy.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an inconvenient location on a small hard to find street near the university. But there is a nice outdoor mall with small tourist shops and a lot of restaurants across the street. Unfortunately, it is hidden from the street, so if you do not know it is there, you could miss it.. Difficult to get to city centre.

The cleaning staff is Missing in action. The normal stuff is missing. Lamps none. light switches in strange places. Wooden floors with zero mats! Hanging hooks in the bathroom None. Great door locks !

Good location but not quite clean

Location of the hotel is good, in Bellavista area and close to many restaurant and bars. Although the hotel looks ok at first sight, has some hygenie issues. The cleanliness of the bed was not good, yellow stain on pillows, duvet had colured marks, floor was not clean hair and dust, bathroom sink was blocked-the blockage was fixed by the staff next day. Also the ambiance of the room was not great, as we were given a room at lower ground which didnt get much sunlight.

Esperava mais… estadia simples, sem frigobar no quarto, não tinha onde guardar as roupas, tive que deixar direto na mala, água da torneira não esquentava, café da manhã simples, não era você que se servia, a moça levava um pré pronto na sua mesa. A localização salvou, é bem localizado.

Café da manhã é horrível, limpeza de roupa de camas é precária… o cobertor estava um nojo. Atendimento da recepção é péssimo, por duas vezes fiquei do lado de fora esperando eles abrirem a porta. No frio e correndo risco de assalto.

A localização muito boa. Numa rua tranquila, próximo ao pátio bellavista e Cerro SanCristobal. O café da manhã é razoável, servido na mesa por ordem de chegada dos hóspedes. Os pontos negativos: usam um aromatizante muito forte (cheiro de terreiro de umbanda), não trocam as toalhas, sem frigobar e quartos sem limpeza adequada e, o local do café da manhã muito frio.

Bom custo benefício

O custo benefício é excelente. Tivemos apenas dois problemas. O quarto de cima tem piso de madeira, que é o teto do quarto de baixo e isso causa muito barulho quando pisam em cima. Percebemos que as uvas servidas no café estavam com terra ou algo parecido. Limpamos com guardanapo e retiramos a sujeira, então concluímos que não foram lavadas. Os recepcionistas Maria e Israel foram maravilhosos, receptivos e deram excelentes dicas.

A experiência foi ótima, todos os atendentes simpáticos, bem solícitos, cômodos limpos e organizados. Quarto bem completo, embora tenha sentido falta de um frigobar, cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso. O café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso. A localização é perfeita, próximo a muita coisa legal, dá pra fazer a pé tranquilamente.
