"Our "Superior" room had a magnificent, second floor ocean view. The food at the Avalon restaurant was superb, but the waitstaff (Martin, Valentina, Valeria, Niorca and Yajida) were even better! Our room was cleaned daily by a very trustworthy staff. The shower water was hot. The hotel manager, Jesus, speaks excellent English and was very hospitable and helpful. "This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable rooms, good wifi, and hot showers. The host, Angel, is what makes this hotel special. He went above and beyond helping us and giving advice. He was our Angel. There is a big supermarket around the corner if you want to cook or many awesome restaurants on the adjacent road. I can’t recommend this place enough. "
