This hotel is nice and conveniently located to everywhere near the center of town. I stay in this hotel whenever I visit Trujillo. In the past, my only complaint was the wi-fi, but they have fixed that, and it my last visit, the wi-fi was excellent. The food at the restaurant was great and priced affordably, so my wife and I dined a couple of times in there without issues.

Staff is very helpful and polite, made me feel like an VIP the whole time. Always asking if we needed anything. The place is near a history park from the time of the Spanish colonization. It could get noise on the weekends, but usually noise stops around 10pm and it is quiet after that.

Hotel is near a plaza with big trees, and a pedestrian street, so nights were quiet. Close to restaurants and within walking distance of historic city center. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was included and very delicious.

Would stay here again

A nice place, Comfortable, Near primary walking street leading to Plaza de Armas. Lots of hot water, No heater in the room but did not need it. The do have an AC unit in the room. One nice thing is that they will pick you up at the bus station or airport. We would be happy staying there again. Very helpful staff. Restaurant on site was ok.

Great hotel, the staff are wonderful

This is a hotel where the staff make it a priority to take great care of their guests. We were shown to our lovely room which had a fantastic shower with both hot water and good water pressure, silent air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. The reception team arranged a car to take us to Chan Chan and stay and wait for us there to return us to the hotel. On our return we asked Miguel to arrange a car for us for our early flight to Lima. He knew what time the flight was, what time we would need a car and even arranged for us to have breakfast even though we were leaving before the breakfast buffet opened. The whole team made this work and we were very greatful for the kind and generous hospitality. We had a nice evening in the local area having drinks at a bar on Recreo plaza and then walking to the main square along the pedestrian only street. The area felt safe and had many restaurants to choose from. Super friendly and helpful staff and a very nice hotel in a great location.

A good base for Trujillo

A good experience. I had already stayed a couple of nights and was happy there, so I extended my stay. Friendly staff, good restaurant, near the pedestrian street that leads to the Plaza de Armas.
