The ac in the rooms were great that staff is super friendly and very attentive all though we did not come with children they have lots of fun activities for the children that we saw as well for the adults it is a very good family resort

Not a great stay, the property is not well maintained and the food and beverages are not great. The staff is amazing but it doesn't make up for all of the shortcomings on the property. Not at all like any other Secrets properties and for sure not a 4.5 star experience

We had a great time. Staff were all amazing, room was clean. Only minor complaint is not all the restaurants were open because of the time of year being off season. Otherwise we had a great time and we will be back.
