「I booked this hotel for my parents and they were very happy with their stay. They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They were pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of items at their breakfast buffet. They wanted to stay longer but had other places pre-booked. They would stay here again for future visits. Agradecemos pela paciência do pessoal (e de outro casal cliente) para ajudar resolver o problema, suportar contrariedades, incómodos e dificuldades com calma e tranquilidade. 「Surprisingly no fringe in my room 」

「This was a very small boutique hotel located right on one of the old streets in the city. Parking was not available on the very narrow street so we had to park a few blocks away. It is very close to walk to the waterfront and downtown area. We did not receive our check-in information. So when we arrived and rang the bell no one was there even though it was only about 5:00 p.m. . Luckily one of our phones was enabled to make calls, we were able to contact them to get the code for the door...

「Beautiful hotel and vibe! Good location, right next to the university. Breakfast is carefully curated with home made cake etc but there wasn’t a lot of variety. Parking was a pain given the hotel is situated on top of the hill surrounded by narrow roads that are parked with cars, but one can manage with help. 」

「The property was very pretty. We had a classic suite, which was actually two adjoining rooms, so it was very spacious,with two bathrooms, a great bargain. We had dinner there once, and my meal was very good, but my wife's was awful. She had bthe cabrito, which was nothing but bones and tough sinew which she couldn't cut with a knife, no meat. But the breakfasts were great, and our stay was very pleasant overall.」

「房間燈光暗，睇不清環境，洗手間坐廁與盥洗盆設計奇特，太窄，洗手間有很多螞蟻，好可怕，地板走路時會發出吱吱聲，吵耳。 早餐食物選擇有限，未夠標準。 桑拿房太細，淋浴間太窄，未能放鬆心情。 」

「There is no elevator, especially if you want to move your luggage from the first floor to the fourth floor, you have to do it yourself because there is often no one at the reception. Although there is a jacuzzi, the water is flowing out and there are unknown objects coming out. I really don't dare to enjoy it.」
