"This was supposed to be a Super 8 but was branded Motel 6? It was a very basic room with no amenities. It was very clean though."

"I stay at Extended Stay quite a bit. But this time was not a great experience at all. When I went to check in, the gave me a room wit no mattress, the coffee table was flipped up on the couch, there was women’s belongings thrown about all over the floor and a. Big bag of trash right as I walked in. I went to let them know, they gave me a key to another room, and it was just the same! Coffee table upside down on the couch, no blankets, sheets, pillows, a big bag of trash laying on the floor and the tv blasting. Went back a third time, but the next room was fine, until the manager tried to get into my room multiple times in the morning. I am not one to complain, but this was too much. "

"The worst hotel experience ever!! I paid ~$750/night for a room which normally lists for $90/night, marked up for a congress in town. Very unfriendly staff. Room was 1-star level. Brown stains all over the inside of the bathroom door. Gross. I’ve seen bigger soaps in prisons! Staff never left the right number of towels or shampoo. Leaky ceiling on a main hallway with water puddled in a ceramic floor. Staff claiming not to be aware. This hotel should never be offered on Expedia. Despite the scandalous markup on the room, they asked for $50 for early check-in!!"

"Stayed here before for soccer. The staff is kind and attentive. The pool area is a bit small and tucked away. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is standard. "

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "
