Nov 27, 2018The town of Santa Teresa is a charming surprise in the middle of nowhere. The food is uncharacteristically worldly. But make no mistake, it is rustic and dirty since the main road is unpaved - it kicks up volumes of dirt when dry and a muddy mess when wet.
