"Everything was ok except the mattress. It was not good at all. Very disappointing. The breakfast food wasn’t that great, either. Also surprised that we paid $31 a night to park. Understand when this happens in downtown LA but not Woodland Hills. The one staff that was very nice was Marge. About 15 min before we left the fire alarm went off I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. The alarm continued to go off. I called the front desk and talked to Marge. It was their yearly fire alarm drill. I told her I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. She said she would bring one up to us and that it was ok to use the elevator even tho the doors were closed (happens automatically). She arrived quickly and we escaped - the alarm continued. Just a note that the person at the desk at night barely looked at us when we arrived around 6pm the night before. Wouldn’t you think they would at least smile? I’m surprised the Hilton brand would put their name on this property. Oh well, we won’t be back!"

"Had a fabulous time received warm chocolate chip cookies when we arrived. Hotel was clean everything it was in fantastic working order. Staff was phenomenal so happy to be able to stay in Chatsworth where I was born and raised to visit family and stayed at a local hotel that was recently upgraded by Hilton."

"The staff, especially Jesse were extremely rude. They refused to allow us to extend our stay simply for asking for an extra blanket and having one other guest and they were all our minor kids. They were extremely racist as well calling us “YOU PEOPLE.” I will never recommend this place to my friends and family. There are dirty dressers as well as dirty bathroom. "

"The check in was not pleasant at all, with the staff laughing at me as the saw my struggle with my 2 young children, then bags and my grocery bag broke spilling my groceries all over the lobby floor. They laughed and not 1 of the 3 men at the front desk offered to help at all. Very disappointing. the rest of the stay and amenities were great."
