「Nice area- needs a little updates 」

「The property was great for my family of 4. It could use some upgrades on lighting and new mattress in the master bedroom but it was clean and communication with property was great. 」

「The trash bin outside was already full to the brim when we arrived. We added two more 8 gallon trash after our four nights stay. The cleaning fee is ridiculously high and the morning we checked out, a huge cockroach came out from its hiding place into the main bedroom. Another huge cockroach was right outside front door. Needs trash pick up and extermination.」

「Very nice place to stay in a short walk to the beach Very pet friendly The only thing I would request is this condo needs a new couch It is a sleeper sofa, but either replace the couch or the mattress. Very uncomfortable and I have slept on many that were comfortable.」

「our first time visiting the beach. This was a great location. quiet neighborhood. really enjoyed this section of the beach, and Tranquility was a five minute walk or two minute drive to the public beach access. Super comfy and plenty of room for our family of 4. good WiFi. could’ve used an extra blanket i guess. it became an even better place to relax when we found out our place back home suffered some damage from a tornado. would definitely recommend it.」
