The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"At first we were a little worried given the hotel is located right across the very busy port. However, it turned out to be the best location. Right behind the hotel is the cutest street with all shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, 5 star service from the reception and cleaning staff. All were very friendly and helpful. Two terrasses are available all day for the guests. You can bring your own food and have dinner, or bring your own aperitivo and enjoy the most beautiful views! Breakfast was included. We highly recommend this hotel! "

"The complex is huge, nice surroundings, pool, close to the beach. It was quiet. We were given upgrade with sea view, very well equipped kitchenette. Receptionist didn't speak English, only very basic, nothing was explain to us (breakfast, WiFi) just took us to the room. Bed and mattress were old and not comfy. Rooms would need some TLC. "
