"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"The view from almost all rooms is partially ocean and swimming pool/courtyard. The bad things are as follows: not enough beach umbrellas on the beach. If we come after 7am, they are all occupied by somebody’s towels. That means no shade for us for the whole day. Also, the water is rough almost always, with big waves. On some days we couldn’t get into the water. Food is ok but not as good as at Las Brisas. Las Brisas is much better: quiet beach, enough umbrellas, better food. "

"We had a private pool overlooking the ocean and pool area which was fantastic. The hotel staff were wonderful. We tried all seven restaurants and enjoyed them all, we can't wait to come back."

"We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable. "

"The breakfast and pool were fantastic. The room was clean and nice. It was great to have a kitchen. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the beds were very firm, and we could not get WiFi in our room despite several attempts, which also meant the Roku tv did not work."
