「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on...

「Nice property situated out in the city fringe but only 15 - 20 min or so walking downhill to the old town. Supermarket and metro within 10 min walk. Pretty comfortable and kitchen had everything you require. The outside space was nice and a good place to have a drink in the afternoon.」

「Perfect spot to visit Porto. I strongly recommand.」

「We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. Also it is on the top level so the air-conditioning...

「The room was fine and the location was fantastic, both 4-5 stars! The reason for the 1 star rating was checking out with parking being a total disaster. Another patron had their car parked in such a way that the garage door could not fully open, making it impossible to get our car out (probably not the property manager's fault?). What was his fault, was the complete lack of communication to resolve the issue. Not a single response to 8 What's App messages plus numerous direct texts, phone calls,...
