"Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team via WhatsApp, and the hotel feels new with great amenities. The main drawback was the top-floor suite with the palapa-style roof. Because the room wasn’t fully sealed from the outside, the AC didn’t stay in well, making the room very hot during the day and not as cool as we would have liked at night. We also heard pigeons nesting above the roof throughout the night, which was tough. The food also felt a bit overpriced for what it was, though that may come with the territory of a boutique hotel. Overall, we would come back, but we would definitely avoid the top-floor suites next time."

"I think in a few years after there is more development in the area this place will do better. For now, no safe in the room, we did not have a coffee maker in our room either, light above the sink didn't work, room was super small. Nothing close by, you have to walk a very long ways to get to anything, no cabs even close by. Staff only work 8am-4pm, so you are basically on your own. We had booked for a week and left after first night. Since we booked and paid in advance we only were refunded for one night. Pretty frustrating experience for us. We heard the other guests in the morning also complaining about our same concerns."

"Room was simple but nicely decorated, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they felt like friends by the end of our stay, property was beautifully landscaped and the breakfast was delicious, everything was healthy and fresh, just a few blocks walk to the beach and La Punta shops and restaurants.
