"I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with attention to detail that really stood out. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was—it made it easy to unwind. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was well organized and clean. What truly made the experience special was the level of customer service. "The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were missing. "

"Horrible food poisoning third day in. Paid for a one bedroom ocean front suite. Room was immediately over their primary restaurant and adjacent to their entertainment plaza. This meant loud music until midnight and woken up by breakfast preparation right out our windows at 4am with scraping furniture and staff talking. Had to leave 2 days early for medical treatment. I would not stay here again for free."
