"The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were nice the staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was really nice too although not really practical with the shower curtain as the floor always ended up wet. Other than that we loved staying here."

The staff helped me check train, bus and car rentals, kept serving hot coffee and good advice while the breakfast consists of the best meats, cheeses, pastries, jams and jiuices I've seen in a long time. "The hotel is beautiful and the first night I was there I was in a really cool room with a loft. I left for a week and then came back and stayed another night. This time the room was underneath the restaurant and was super loud until well after 11 PM. But overall, it’s a lovely property and very well located."

"Friendly staff throughout. Restaurant food was top notch, fab breakfast choice. Location excellent for archeological park and museum, short 30min stroll to Ortega. Couldn’t fault it. "
