The Hotel was amazing - the rooms, staff and amenities were on point. Plenty of nice shops in the hotel and right next door to the Loretto Chapel.

El Sendero Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The hotel was fine and the staff were friendly. The shower was not able to be operated for the majority of my visit. While I understand that there were exceptional circumstances, it is not unreasonable to expect a functioning shower at a hotel.
